10 ways of Painless Weight LossWe are inclined to care more about what we eat, than how we do it. 1. … Slowly, a little bit slowly. It’s strange enough, but we eat too quickly. Our brain is able to feel stomach signals that we are full only in twenty minutes after taking our food, and an eating break lasts, on average, for 10 minutes. The result is obvious: we eat too hastily to understand it’s much more, than we need. Try to eat more slowly, it allows to avoid 100 superfluous calories a day that in sum gives the whole pound (half-kg) a month (lose 1 lbs a month)!

2. Small plates. A spoon of potato mash seems such small on our huge plates. Try to put your meal on a small plate - and portions appear to be much less! This simple dodge convinces our brain, that we «have eaten enough » (a full plate), and this is also minus 100 unnecessary calories a day!

3. Eat at the table. Superfluous 100 calories a day are chips and snack, which we catch up while we lay the table or we are engaged in the affairs. Remember, eating at the table disciplines. Having got used to eat at the table, you can better control your desire to have a bite, even when you are not hungry.

4. Use a plate. Want to lose weight fast? Learn to eat only from a plate. Never bite off, take meal from packages, bowls and food containers - so you don’t notice how many you eat. Don’t make haste and put your meal on your plate.

5. Do not put utensils with meal on a lunch table… … Otherwise you’ll undoubtedly want to put the second helping. Leave all utensils, except for plates, on the table where you cook. If you are still hungry, it’s easy to get up and put some more.

6. Choose the most delicious desserts. Let yourself enjoy desserts. Choose only the most delicate and expensive desserts you can allow. So you will eat less and feel more pleasure in dishes.

7. Eat more often. Try to eat less, but do it more often. You should finish you dinner when you are still a little hungry, knowing that you can have a bite in some hours. Carry nuts, yoghurt and other easy snack with yourself. Try to reduce the quantity of meal, which is necessary for you to be satisfied.

8. Just eat. When you eat, you shouldn’t watch TV, read newspapers, speak on the phone or be engaged in some other affairs. Simply eat. Be concentrated on eating. Watch closely everything, you send to your mouth. You are distracted from your dish? It results in automatic product - «absorption» irrespective of your being hungry.

9. “Liquid” calories. Do you know how caloric your drinks are? It seems surprising, but it is enough to exclude sweet soda water, juices and alcoholic drinks if you want to lose hundreds calories a day (to easy lose weight). Try to write down everything that you drink and count all calories up at the end of the day. You can replace unhealthy high-calorie drinks by hot tea or green iced tea and water.

10. Manage your desire If you suddenly want this or that meal, wait at least for 5 minutes. If after this time the desire hasn’t disappeared, do the following: take a flat plate or a saucer, put some of the desired dish there and hide the rest. Place your dish on a table, and not distracting, eat it bit by bit, then ask yourself, whether it worth your suffering.
