And in fact it’s enough just to change some of our nutrition habits and, You see, it is easy to lose 100 calories a day. At first, you can judge these weight loss tips as doubtful or even strange, may be, but just follow our advice during some time…. and everyone will tell you how positively you’ve changed.

The results will not keep waiting for a long time we know it for sure (it is fast weight loss method).

1. … Slowly, a little bit slowly. It’s strange enough, but we eat too quickly. Our brain is able to feel stomach signals that we are full only in twenty minutes after taking our food, and an eating break lasts, on average, for 10 minutes. The result is obvious: we eat too hastily to understand it’s much more, than we need. Try to eat more slowly, it allows to avoid 100 superfluous calories a day that in sum gives the whole pound (half-kg) a month (lose 1 lbs a month)!

2. Small plates. A spoon of potato mash seems such small on our huge plates. Try to put your meal on a small plate - and portions appear to be much less! This simple dodge convinces our brain, that we «have eaten enough » (a full plate), and this is also minus 100 unnecessary calories a day!
